Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Once 15 days has passed, if you have a reason to return that you believe is justified, reach out to our support team at info@lanewalkerbooks.com and see if your return will qualify. This will be done on a case by case basis when outside of the 15 days and we reserve the right to decline returns for any reason of our choosing. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping for returning the item. In the event of an replacement due to damage (which we require an image as proof), we cover the cost to ship the replacement item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund and you must send us the books. Once we receive the books in hand, you will receive a refund to the account used as payment. 

Refund Not Showing Up On Bank Statement

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your financial institution. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days depending on the institution.

Defective or Damaged Package
