Shipping & Handling
Handling takes anywhere from 1-2 business days and shipping depends on the method of your choosing. Please visit USPS for accurate timelines on the shipping option of your choosing. For example, due to COVID, priority shipping is longer than normal (we are seeing around 5 - 8 business days in some cases). We do not have control over the shipping times of USPS. Please consider that even though priority is taking longer, standard shipping is taking longer as well. With that being said, you are paying for faster shipping with Priority and it will arrive quicker than Standard in the context of a potential backlog at USPS.
If you have been waiting for longer than 20 business days since the day of your order, please check the tracking number that was sent to you via email or text messaging for updates. If you believe your package was lost in transit or for any other shipping issue, please reach out to: email@example.com and we will look into the issue.

Returning an order
The customer is responsible for paying shipping for returning the item. In the event of a replacement due to damage (which we require an image as proof), we cover the cost to ship the replacement item. Please see the full terms of returning an order here.
