Amazing Resource!

This workbook was an awesome idea! My son loved the books so much he was excited to complete the workbook that went with them. He doesn’t normally love comprehension questions or workbooks, but he was happy to do this one. I’d find him doing it in the car, in bed at night, and sitting at his sister’ soccer games working on it! It’s a happy mom who has an active, eleven year old boy wanting to read and do workbook pages in his free time! We will always be anticipating Lane Walker’s next books!

Amazing for a child with comprehension struggles!

I love these workbooks! My son who is an avid fisherman and hunter, has been enjoying these chapter books, and the workbooks have been such a great tool for comprehension. My son has extreme difficulty with comprehension, and these workbooks have helped so much. Stopping after a few chapters and answering some questions has really helped him comprehend his reading better. He also glances back and reviews the workbook before he starts reading if it has been awhile since he has read the book, so he can trigger his memory of what happened previously. I also love how there is a moral taught in each chapter book, and there are questions in the workbook that pose questions regarding the moral lesson that was taught in the book, and how it could relate to the own child's life.
